Transplanting – The Art of Precision
Mechanized rice transplanters work in harmony with skilled manual labor. These advanced machines quickly cover large paddy plots, while our dedicated team ensures even planting in areas too tight for machinery. This dual approach guarantees a uniform plant population and optimal growth across the entire field.
Nutrition – Feeding the Future
Healthy rice begins with healthy soil. Before we plant, we partner with the Soil Research Institute to perform comprehensive soil testing. Based on these insights, our fields receive a basal application of NPK fertilizer and targeted nitrogen supplementation, all delivered in split doses to maximize nutrient uptake. Our high-tech agro-drones ensure precise, uniform distribution of nutrients across every acre.
Weed Control, Crop Protection & Pest Management
We employ sustainable practices to keep the environment pristine. Our flooded fields naturally inhibit weed growth, and manual weeding along the bunds every two weeks further ensures that the crops remain undisturbed by unwanted vegetation. Meanwhile, innovative anti-bird netting provides complete protection from avian pests, and every 21 days, our state-of-the-art agro-drones administer targeted insecticides and fungicides to keep pests at bay while preserving the natural balance of the ecosystem.
Harvesting & Post-Harvest Processing
When the rice grains ripen at 20% moisture, it’s time for harvest. Our modern combine harvesters swiftly gather the crops, which are then dried to a moisture content of 13%—the ideal level for storage. This precision process has helped us achieve remarkable yields of 4.5 tons per acre (11.25 tons per hectare).
